Synopsis:

Enid Blyton first visited Dorset, in southern England, at Easter 1931, with her husband Hugh Pollock. She was then aged thirty-four, and pregnant with her first child. It is a little known fact that she visited this region time and again. So what was it that drew her to it? In order to find out, we accompany Enid as she walks on the Purbeck hills, swims off Swanage beach, plays golf, takes the steam train to Corfe Castle, and the paddle-steamer to Bournmeouth.
